they called me up basically yelling at me for not having all my stuff organized and grouped together and that i didn't have my bank statements in the stuff i dropped off. i go there hand that stuff off and the berading continues. "we dont have the time to do all this stuff in the middle of tax season", "you don't have to feel obligated to have us do this if you want to go somewhere else". and to top it off they said it was gonna be like $500, it was $180 the year before. made my decision REALLLLLL easy lol. ended up goin somewhere else closer, it was a night and day difference the way the people were and not to mention the price quoted was half as much handing my stuff in AS IS. dont go to mark da whatever his name is office.
