It's not often I take the time to write reviews...There's only two scenario's, great service , or terrible service...This is the latter...DO NOT USE THIS BANK....I work in the service industry and I have to say, these people are some of the rudest I've ever dealt with!! Props to a guy named Bryce (I believe), who was the only person I spoke to who wasn't completely annoyed to be on the phone with me...I get the sense this place is a bit of a scam or something... I think they owe me money, but honestly I'd pay them to not have to do business with them...AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I agree that the customer service reps when you deal with them on the phone are very rude and annoyed!
