Several of his machines were overheating, for several using the machines. One family used over $30, only asked for about $4, but are now going someplace else. The owner doesn't care for his customers, based on the reports. They spent well over #0. but only asked for a small amount. All the other machines worked fine, loaded the same, as he complained they were different. He's losing excellent customers for only about $4, even if he was right, a very bad business choice by Mr Calhoun by even my customer service standards!
