WORST MOVE EVER. Among other things, the guys they sent were unprofessional and inefficient. They did a terrible job of fitting stuff into my storage unit, and I wound up having to pay someone else to partially repack the unit. They also took the plastic protective bags off my mattresses and didn't replace them, so my mattresses got packed in back of the unit uncovered, and are now subject to all the sprays, bugs and dirt at the storage facility. I'll probably have to replace them. These guys also refused to find a way to put my glass shelves into the moving truck, because they "guaranteed" they would get broken. It was one bad surprise after another working with this company. Find ANYONE else.
Hi Kim, this is Susan with James Moving Co. I am sorry to hear about your displeasure with our company. After seeing your review I went to look-up your move. To my dismay I am unable to find your name in our customer database. I am quite surprised at your review as our men never remove plastic off any beds. Please give the office a call so we can investigate this further. Otherwise, I cannot take this as a real complaint. I checked you Google+ page and our review is the only information you have on there so it does raise our suspicions.
Clearly, Kim Lyon and I do not share an opinion with regards to James Moving Company. I have nothing but praise for their expertise and code of ethics. I have used James Moving to move me many times and always at very fair price. I did not sacrifice quality for a lower price. All of my things were impeccably and securely packed. I have never had anything broken. Every move was with ease. I recommend them highly.
