Supervisor Alex is of no help very rude when it comes to non delivery of mail and packages no resolution
This place needs investigation the mail men come when they want they also skips streets they are not under supervision you call on them and you get repercussions for calling asking about your mail they play really dirty and someone needs to see about this asap
Your customer service is terrible. Called toll free number, been on hold for 20 minutes and still waiting. Text from USPS saying my package was delivered. Checked details with tracking number. Said package was in Finleyville Pa. I'm in White Pa. So disgusted with USPS.

So, it's an older Post Office. The problem with this location is that there is no parking lot. McKeesport is a dying town with building after building boarded up yet they still feel the need to charge for street parking. There are meters everywhere. So, the lack of a lot, especially if you're dropping off packages is a pain. The counter is typically staffed by one person and the wait is long.
